Jan 25, 2008 · So as far as my knowledge of torrenting goes, the .torrent files that we download from the internet instruct the client we use where the snipits of the file that we are downloading are located. But my question is where exactly are these snipits stored, are they on normal computers, or on a server? If I am wrong feel free to correct me.
