Apr 21, 2010 · Update: We now only need to disable the Internet Connection Sharing service (also in services.msc), turn it from Automatically starting to Manual, and start the Cisco service. It will not be killed again. The registry method becomes obsolete and is only recommended as a last resort as it s dangerous and may cause you problems.

Oct 22, 2017 · Here's an update of what I've found out so far regarding the use of services.msc to restart AVG Secure VPN: After launching services.msc as an administrator, I can turn on AVG Secure VPN when I am in the Guest account (BTW, before trying to launch services.msc, I need to make sure that the AVG Secure VPN icon is in the system tray, or things don't work).
